This piece is number 1624 out of 12,500, based on the COA. It is model # 3927. The piece is new and I only removed it from the box momentarily for photographing. Resin Weeping Willow Base. Goes with WDCC Mary Poppins Scene. It does not have a box. Base was made to accompany the WDCC Mary Poppins as a scene completer. This is an Artist Proof 04/500.
